Suggestions for testing before FET

Anonymous
A little back history - my husband and I have been actively trying to conceive for almost 4 years. After a year of trying, decided to try IUI. Third one kind of worked, at six weeks only saw empty sac. Bc of tilted cervix, decided to keep an eye on it. The next time, the uterus/sac was full of tissue and blood, and was told I would miscarry naturally. Never happened, and had a d&c.

Moved into ivf, never could make to blasts so ended up trying 2 perfect day 3’s with no success. I had high blood pressure that was not well regulated at the time even tho on medication and never offered baby aspirin although my primary care doctor said I had high cholesterol with a lot of fat in my blood? Moved to a different clinic for a better lab with not much success - a couple of abnormal, tested day 5’s. Took a long break, read it starts with the egg and incorporated changes. Much better success - 5 blasts but only one normal.

So here I am, not sure how much more my body mind and soul can take. Terrified to do this embryo transfer bc I feel like it’s my last chance.

I don’t feel like I have the chance to see how this transfer goes and then discover an issue - immune, clotting etc. I plan to do an ERA but also want to do extensive bloodwork to possibly identify any issues beforehand. But I also don’t want to do this from numerous different doctors - hematologist, RE, acupuncturist etc.

Any thoughts or suggestions with what I should do next, a doctor who would help me uncover all or any issues beforehand? My doctor was not really encouraging of supplements, although helped my outcome a lot in my opinion so I know he will most likely brush off this testing too until I have more failed transfers or miscarriages.

I’m also concerned bc I’ve never had any miscarriages from trying on my own. I often wonder if I have something undiagnosed that could help me conceive naturally - short luteal phase, clotting issue, etc.

I’m almost 37 with DOR and male factor - morphology 3%.

Any help very much appreciated and baby dust to you all.
