Where to find dressy clothes for very slim teen girl

I'm having a really hard time finding something that is appropriate (not too girly/young or too mature) but also fits my very very slim 14 yo. I just got her a black jumpsuit from JCrew in a 00 and it was still too big. Any suggestions on where to look? She's 5'4" so not super tall, but not petite sized, and probably weighs 80lbs

Zara, Mango. She might fit their 0 or xxs sizes, but also their teen collection.

00 at Banana Republic may be a bit smaller, that’s what worked for my slim daughter at 13-14.

But also, go ahead and try petite, sometimes, they’re a good proportion.
