There is Power Tots for the under 3 crowd. But we quickly migrated to Silver Stars in Silver Spring.

There are some gymnastics classes at The Little Gym in Capitol Hill. Our five year old enjoys them.

Nope. Silver Stars unless really lucky in DPR in Upper NW but that's purely rec
