| Lately I’m really into a ritual of having a strong cup of tea or sometimes coffee with a sweet (but not too sweet) snack. Something like good shortbread, a biscotti, or a piece of toast with a little Nutella. What would you want? |

| Shortbread. I make my own with lots of sea salt and sometime lavender, lemon zest, or orange blossom water. |
