| Kane doesn't get to make all of the decisions for his show but if you don't think he has enough power to get what he wants your naive. His show is to the point that its big enough that he has certain things negotiated into the contract. For example someone asked why IJ and Rose couldn't host the show while Kane was sick last week. He likely negotiated that into his contract (he would have been stupid not to). I also know he says they could do the show with him out but lets chalk that up to #kaneshowlies. Most big radio show hosts run best of segments when their out. Before people say he's not a big radio show host, his show is live in 5 of the top 32 radio markets. He's big enough and in enough markets. Kane rubs people that work closely with him the wrong way after awhile. Sarah, Samy and Mel all might have left "voluntarily" but they've all alluded to the fact that he's a little difficult. Sarah, Samy and Mel were all happy enough with each-other to work together on another radio show together (even-though STM didn't last long) and even though that show ended they still collaborate with each-other. Danni did something that got her bought out of her contract obviously but Kane has enough muscle to get what he needs if he sells it enough to his higher ups. He lost the chemistry he had before IJ, Danni and Rose joined the show and it became a show with 3 huge egos (Kane, Danni, IJ) instead of the 1 (just Kane) it had before. |

| They could do it like the TV show FAMILY MATTERS. In the show Judy Winslow (the youngest daughter for those who never watched) went up stairs one day and never came back. The rest of the series they never explained her disappearance or acknowledged she ever existed even though she was in the first 3 1/2 seasons. TKS already likes to pretend like nothing is ut of the ordinary. |

Btw, I can't be the only one who thinks Sarah, Samy, and Mel never had "other opportunities". Sounds like Mel cleared that up but if you guys think Sarah or Samy really left on their own accord.

I am sure their other opportunities were most likely opportunities not to work with Kane. Doing anything else. |

Well Samy did say on the podcast he had no intention of going back to school even though that's what he said he was going to do. |

| Trying to listen for an announcement. I find it kind of funny that two of the three "trending songs" they have to choose from right now were "Sorry" and "Work From Home". |
