Heart Rate at 6 weeks boy or girl

Anonymous
I know this could be an old wives tale…but would love to compare stats.

At 6 weeks 3 days had a heart rate of 122.

My previous baby was 180 at 8 weeks three days.

Unfortunately my sonograms happened different weeks this time…so it’s hard to compare. My first was a girl, so it matches the theory that girls have faster beats above 140.

So all of the old wives tales (including heart rate) told me girl. Well, I’m having a boy.

I was so sure it was going to be a girl too because of the heart rates. Here is what mine were:

6+2 (165bmp)
7+3 (163bmp)
8+3 (173bmp)
10+3 (176bmp)
12+4 (164bmp)

I’m now 20 weeks and his heart rate has been in the mid 150s consistently.

Two girls. Heart rates between 110 and 120 for both at 6w2d and 6w4d. By 8 weeks, both were in the 170s.

If you need to know right away, do Sneak peek https://sneakpeektest.com/gender-dna-science/ or wait until the 12 week testing

Whatever the old wives tale was, my DD was the opposite. It's fun to guess but not accurate. However, the tendency of girls to cause higher HcG/more morning sickness did prove to be true with me.

I’m the PP from 13:08, and this held true for me, too. My first betas were nearly 3000 with both pregnancies, at 14dp5dt with first DD (IVF) and at 21dpo with my second DD.
