I know this has been asked before but revisiting now that we are weeks later, case numbers are plummeting, Catholic schools have lifted the mandate and have not seen ANY SPIKES.
So - is anyone's secular preschool/preK allowing for mask optional yet for our kids? Preferably in North Arlington area? So far i know Primrose and LAA still require them. |

Most children in Arlington Catholic preschools are still masking. |
By choice, not by mandate. Looking for a secular CHOICE. How in earth are the Catholics beating us on this?! |
Our MoCo Catholic school is masking- which schools are not masking- maybe we can apply some pressure? |
Celebree School in Tysons is mask optional up to age 5. |
No masks for kids at FAZ in Tysons/McLean. |

Looking for the same thing in the Oak Hill/Restn/Chantilly area. Part time. |
I’m wondering in the new legislation that passes allowing an opt out for mask mandates could apply to preschools. |
I've been heavily researching this too, but the bill only references public schools. We called every Catholic school in Arlington/Alexandria and all are currently full. Would love to hear about other recs anyone has! |
Doubtful, since there was never a state mandate for children under 5. These decisions were always up to the individual preschools, none of which are public. |
Early Years Preschool is mask optional in Arlington but it is 5 hours a day not 12 hours. |
