Is it better to freeze before or after baking?
I guess I would freeze and then bake. It doesn't make sense to me to bake, freeze, and rebake.
Freeze first. Those things are huge! I’d probably try to wrap it up in a few layers of foil because the plastic container isn’t air sealed.
I wanted to buy one because I heard they aren’t good. What would you do if only two will eat this? How to serve and not waste it?

I have half of one in my freezer right now. I froze before baking, wrapped it in foil and then put in a freezer bag. I hope the frozen half bakes okay whenever we have it!

Freeze before cooking is best. I get them almost solid in the freezer then cut in half or thirds. I cook it in A glass baking dish about 50 to 60 minutes. Excellent easy dinner.
