Can I wait at the dealer?

I was going to take my car to the dealer to get serviced but I haven't been in a while. Can people still wait to get their cars fixed or do they not want people in the waiting rooms anymore because of COVID? I can't drop it off.

Yes, you can. But depending on what you need done, check to see if they offer a shuttle service or a rental car. Better than waiting

I don't think they have a shuttle and it says they don't have many loaner cars. Do the shuttles pick you up too or just drop you off?

Why don’t you just call the dealership and ask? There is no universal law applicable to car dealerships on this, so my experience last week with one dealership means nothing for a different dealership.
