2020 w 15k miles.
Everything looks good. Curious about this vs a lease or just one owner car.... this was fleet and used as a "demo" |
| That’s a ton of mikes for a demo car. Was it one driver? |
Not sure-- what even is a demo? Lol.. is that a loaner for the dealership?? |
| I'd be fine with it if there was a big enough price discount. |
| My aunt bought a demo car, but hers had more like 7000 miles after 18 months or so on the lot. She got a nice deal, tho I don't know exact numbers, and the car was in great shape. She hasn't had any issues and would absolutely do it again. |
| I bought a car that a salesman was driving. It had less than 2500 miles. |
| 15k miles is a lot. That doesn't sound like a demo car to me. Someone is lying to you. |
|
2 year old car with 15K miles. isn't high miles.
was probably a dealer loaner, rather than a demo car. no dealer is going to keep a 2 year old car on as a demo. generally no more than 6 months... if tia good deal go for it. still has factory bumper to bumper and drivetrain warranty. se if you can get an extended bumper to bumper in the deal.. |
I thought demos were called at 3k miles. There’s some regulation that allows the dealer to still classify it as a new cat sale. Not at all clear why that matters but 15k is used…..perhaps CPO. |
