Hamburger soup.
Do you have bread? Grilled cheese would be nice to go with. |
| Broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breasts? You could serve rice or orzo on the side and a kale salad. |
I never heard of it. I do have French bread. I cut it in 3 and freeze |
| Make baked ziti (you didn't list tomato sauce but that's easy) or some sort of meat/pasta dish. |
Saute some onion, garlic, and then add the beef and brown it. Add beef broth, canned tomatoes, corn, green beans, broccoli, kale, maybe either elbows or cut up potatoes (I'd leave those out if I was doing bread and cheese in some form, otherwise, I'd add them). Boil for a while, maybe add some Worcestershire sauce, or some hot sauce, or taco seasoning. Voila soup! Cut bread lengthwise, make garlic bread with parm. |
| Greek Chicken and potatoes, if you have a lemon too |
|
Is chicken cooked in oven or crock pot? For seasoning, not sure what it needs but I do have allspice and lemon pepper seasoning. |
| Asian beef and broccoli over rice or ramen |

I make a quick weeknight chicken parm my kids love. Cook tomatoe sauce w 1/2 and onion and some butter. Pound chx breasts until very thin, coat in breadcrumbs, pan fry. Top w fresh mozz and pass it under the broiler to melt. Serve over pasta a tom. Takes 30-45 mins all in.
Also my fam loves smitten kitchen’s everyday meatballs. |
What's the secret to making this well? Sounds really good! In past, mine is like meat with soy sauce drizzled on it lol. |
DH is Italian and I never knew this chicken parm hack with broil. Love it! |
My basic sauce is soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili-garlic (I use Sriracha brand but you could use gochuchang), more sugar than you’d expect and sesame oil. |
