My nanny share is about to become a home daycare and has 2 spaces available. Janet's home is very near the intersection of Carlin Springs Road and Route 50. She is extremely patient, caring, confident, calming and knowledgeable (adjectives provided by my hubby), and I have trusted her with my son since he was 3 months old and colicky (now 9 months old). Janet has been watching young children and babies for about 16 years and has excellent references (I spoke with 4 or 5 of them). Also, she speaks English very well. Her mom will be assisting her and is also very loving and experienced. Both Janet and her mom treat our kids like family and our kids clearly love them right back.
