Where to find Dolly Parton cake mix?

Anonymous
I didn’t seen them in my local giant or target. Has anybody seen them around other stores?

Wow, thanks OP! I didn't know this was a thing.

Right? I’m so excited about it and I heard the banana pudding one is really good if you like banana (which I do).

Love banana. Haven't seen it yet, but I'll have to keep an eye out.

I read this thread and was like “Dolly Parton has cake mixes?”

Then I googled it and found this, which says they’ll be in stores in March, but you can sign up at Duncan Hines’ website to be notified when the entire collection is available for direct shipping:

And then I was like “AOL still exists?!”

Dolly Parton weighs like 84lbs. I lover her, but don't believe that she's eaten cake in like 50 years.

It's a special formulation that only causes weight gain in your breasts (I feel like I can write that because Dolly would get a kick out of it).

I’m old enough to remember when she lost all the weight. She has certainly been committed to keeping it off for decades, but I believe Dolly has favorite cake flavors.

I don’t like the packaging for these cake mixes. She’s Dolly, not Barbie.

Beware. It’s Duncan Hines. I was so excited about the Fruity Pebbles cake and in my opinion it was just awful tasting. So over the top artificial.

OMG. I am so excited. I just signed up. I am a huge fan of her music but also of her, personally. Her $1M cash donation to Covid research at the beginning of the pandemic threw me way over the top of fan love for her. She is awesome and I will buy whatever she has to sell.

(We need heart emojis on this site!!!!!!!!)

Have you eaten Fruity Pebbles since you were a kid? Maybe they taste way more artificial than you remember them. My mom would never buy junk like Twinkies, so if I got them at a friend’s house, I was in heaven. As an adult I bought Twinkies once, (just because I could!) and they were so gross I threw them away. Kids’ taste buds will tolerate things adult taste buds will not.

I like Duncan Hines for cake mixes, generally.

That’s okay. She’s good at everything she does, I’m sure she had her people make the perfect mixes.

Ha thank you! I didn’t know AOL exists and I do feel silly that googling my question didn’t occur to me.
