Where do you go to purchase fresh cuts of meat and seafood?

Do you have a butcher? If so, are they open year round or only seasonal? Best place to purchase seafood and more specifically wild caught salmon?

For seafood, without a question ProFish. It is the same fresh fish delivered to restaurants. They have weekly drop locations all over. Order ahead online.

The Fishery for seafood.

We do a meat delivery subscription from Near Country. It is flash frozen and delivered monthly. The meat eaters in the family really enjoy it.

Organic Butcher of McLean is great!

Georgetown Butcher - haven’t been there but Wendell used to work at Organic Butcher of McleAn and he was great!
