Posting this in case anyone comes across their listings - they pop up for popular home product searches and appear legit.
However, they are a scam. Ordered a set of two items from them, received only one. Customer service unresponsive for two weeks, unresponsive also on twitter. Looking around online, looks like others are having a similar experience with product received does not match listing, or did not receive product, then no response from Customer Service (though they keep posting marketing ads). Buyer beware! |

Reposting to add, there is a "Sill and Sage" in Australia which is legit. However "Sage & Sill," a US based site from Seattle is a scam. |

| I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them and was told 3 weeks later that I would have to contact my State Attorney General regarding this terrible, fraudulant company. Since my issue was $40.00 I chose not to move forward. I think they are getting away with a money scan. |

| I could tell instantly it was a scam.. all of their reviews have terrible grammar, appears someone who does not speak English well is running the page |

I noticed their website automatically deletes poor reviews that are less than 4 or 5 stars - that seems a violation of FTC regulation.
Anyhow, they blocked me on social media sites when I complained about their customer service. |

| Thanks for this! I was ordering something and noticed it takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. Since I’ve been burned before by Chinese companies that post nice photos but send cheaply made, poor products, and they take forever to arrive, (and you can’t send them back), I started digging. This is as far as I needed to get. I will not be ordering from this company. |

My order has had no further update since 30 July!
There are no details to search for except for a possible shipping co: "LineHaul" which cannot identify tracking number/No match for Tracking No. Sage and Sill are scammers!!!! |

I WISH THAT I READ THE REVIEWS 1ST! VERY ILLEGAL FOREIGN CO.
Bought an item from them and the electrical light did not work. Could not get a response from company for return information, and no phone number to contact them. Finally returned the item per their instructions and I had to pay for the shipping. This company claimed they never received the returned defective item. I emailed the tracking number and confirmation, still they denied receiving it. Contacted PayPal to dispute the charges. This company lied to PayPal regarding the situation. This company would not give me a refund, so I am out $65 and PayPal won't hold them accountable. Stay Away from them. |

Well this website is definitely a scam. I wrote a poor review and it was automatically deleted when I opened on a different browser. The review temporarily stays there if I refresh the browser window where I posted it,but will eventually disappear. If I, say, open the same product link in chrome, the review isn't there.
It appears the website is programmed to remove anything less than 4 or 5 stars and the review comment dates change every day (same reviews from a year ago get updated to read as though they are recent). Can also tell that at least some reviews are fake or were paid to review the product. How has this scam website stayed up for so long? |

Sage & Sill flagrantly violates FTC regulation by suppressing bad product reviews. Their website automatically removes anything lower than 4 stars. In fact, you could look through everything on their website and you will not find anything below 4 stars out of thousands of reviews.

if you like their products, feel free to find them for half the price on Amazon or even cheaper direct from China on Aliexpress. |
