cat noises

so our 7 year old blue Russian cat has always had the occasional hair ball and the coughing sound that comes with that is quite distinctive. but recently she's been sneezing or something and it sounds like a little duck quacking

any ideas?

Possibly a polyp in her nose? Have the vet check.

Think this may be reverse sneezing. Probably benign, but good to get checked out especially if ongoing.

Our cat that started doing this consistently had to have his sinuses cleared out and go on antibiotics.
