This article cites the number of kids in the APS virtual program at 60%, but no one has filled out that paperwork in the last 2 years, right? Are they just using the old percentages for the kids in 2-12 and extrapolating to the K-1? I'm just curious since we like to argue about the poor kids so much and we don't actually have an up to date proxy for that anymore.
