| In honor of the upcoming lunar new year, I'd like to try making hotpot at home. Where in NOVA could you get decent ingredients and sauces? On my recent trip to Great Wall I didn't see any, but maybe I haven't looked in the right place. |

Hmart?
We do hotpot at home, but we don't use a lot of sauces. Maybe google how to make some, and do a DIY. |
| HMart! And they have super thin sliced beef and pork that is hot pot-ready (also Philly cheesesteak ready fwiw) |
| 99 Ranch has a whole section |
+1 I'm the PP. Yea, we get thin sliced lamb and pork there for our hotpot, and the veggies. Kids love it. |
| Great Wall does have the sliced meats. H Mart is great if you can make the trip. Here's a good primer: https://thewoksoflife.com/chinese-hot-pot-at-home/ |
| What ingredients are you trying to find? We shop at Lotte or HMart. |
| Any Asian market should have the packets of hotpot base. |
| What do you cook your hot pots in? |
A regular pot but we have a tabletop burner. You can buy a hotpot for $40 at Hmart. |
| Hmart or Lotte |
