BCDC Reducing Hours/Need New Daycare Recs NWDC

Hi All,

My child's daycare (BCDC) is reducing its hours. This is the last straw for us. Does anyone have recommendations for a daycare with decent hours (opens earlier than 8:30) in NWDC?

8:30 to 5:30 for the next month. It’s to allow classes to remain separate at the beginning and end of day. Hasn’t been an issue for us.

NP. Use your imagination. Some people actually have to be at work (in person! gasp!) before 830am. I know, crazy to think you could depend on the hours you signed up for.

Maybe St. Albans? Though I've heard folks prefer BCDC over St. Albans.

This is such an entitled comment to make. There are lots of parents who start work before 9am. I myself have to be at work, in person, at 7:00am every day. Thankfully my husband is able to be more flexible with his working hours but if I were a single parent, I'd be screwed.

Same situation except I have to be at work by 8 am. That PP is clearly sitting in their pajamas in bed starting ‘working from home’ at 10 am.
