I have a kid who loves tofu but I don’t know what to do with it. What are your favorite or your easiest tofu recipes? Thank you!! |

Does your supermarket sell Golden Curry sauce cubes? It’s great with tofu. I also will make up ramen and add silky tofu and veg.
Those are my two easy go-tos but these two websites are my faves for Asian cooking; maybe worth checking out their tofu recipes: https://www.justonecookbook.com/tags/tofu/ https://thewoksoflife.com/chinese-ingredients-glossary/chinese-tofu-bean-curd/ |

I toss it in soy sauce and a little cornmeal and bake it in the oven. Serve over rice or salad.
I haven't tried it in the air fryer yet but I bet that's good. |

Basic crispy tofu:
https://cookieandkate.com/how-to-make-crispy-baked-tofu/ I love to smoke it on the smoker (if you have one). I often just sauce up in some capacity, and throw it in oven. This is another great way to prepare tofu https://www.tablefortwoblog.com/pan-fried-sesame-garlic-tofu/ |
| We did a version of crispy tofu but just pan fried it without the corn starch. |
| It's great in the air fryer. Toss it in nutritional yeast and put it in. You also don't need to press the moisture out of it in this case. |

My DD likes tofu lettuce wraps:

| My kids love miso soup with tons of tofu. |
| Vegetarian spring rolls |

Warm a block of soft tofu on the stove or even microwave, then top with soy sauce, sesame oil, scallions.
Cut firm tofu into slices, coat in egg, then pan fry. Serve with soy/sesame/vinegar dipping sauce. |

Both of these are big hits with kids and adults alike in our household.

Stir fry
Thai curries |
I used to pan fry tofu but have exclusively switched to the Cookie and Kate recipe. It’s easier and we prefer it. |
| Easiest and popular at my house is Trader Joe’s baked tofu cubed, sautéed with a bag of frozen mixed vegetables with stir fry sauce, maybe rice or rice noodles. Sometimes fry some scrambled egg to toss in. Sprinkle on toasted sesame seeds. |
| We cut it into small cubes and add a can of diced tomatoes, 1 half julliene cut yellow pepper and green pepper, curry, tumeric/cumin, salt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, paprika, basil, and dates. Heat skillet with about 2 tbsp of olive oil and fry it all together. serve with black beans and spanish rice. on warmed yellow corn tortillas, yum yum ! |
