Give people flying kisses

Whenever I am mad, my little girl (3 year old) says sorry, then gives me a hug and flying kisses. She gives people flying kisses whenever she feels like it with a big smile/giggle when she is unmasked. Is there a certain age that she should not give stranger flying kisses? To avoid creepy people eye on her....
