DD had two games today and wore thermals and layers but she was freezing. I thought she’d be okay but she said she hurt and felt like her body couldn’t move by the end of the second game, even while playing. She has more games next weekend and it doesn’t look like it will be any warmer. Any ideas for the warmest thermals or other things I can buy to get through the winter? She wears women's sizes.
Are you in DC area? It was 23 today. Many of these thermals are for 30 and above. We use under armor which works great but not in the 20s. Have you ever tried to jog in this cold weather? Brutal.
Yes, we are local. It was exactly that today. Brutal. I think it was just too cold to be warm in anything maybe.

For these temps I recommend these thermals

We use thermals from Sun and Ski, brand is “hot chilly’s”. I don’t remember the rating we have but they come in a variety. They work well.
check out REI in the snow section or look up base layers and they have plenty made for the cold cold.
wow! That’s certainly a body hugging fit! |

These are great for hot weather. On sale now. Buy now save $ for the summer. Really snug but they breathe well. DS says all of his teammates comment on them!
