New AFC chocking

Hi all!
So I went for my AFC test today in the clinic overseas and they found 10 follicles. I had 7 each time in summer in the US clinic.
How could this happen? I got 6 months older and my numbers are better?
Waiting to see my AMH and FSH.

Follicles fluctuate every month. Thats not a huge difference.

They fluctuate every month and it is up to the skill of the ultrasound tech. It's not reading a number off a page like AMH.
