Any stories about natural pregnancy without bio kids at age 40?

Looking to hear about some stories about oops baby after being infertile for many years?

I did at 41. It wasn’t an oops baby and I had prior miscarriages. Try acupuncture and follow the CCRM supplement regimen. Read it’s about the egg. There is an acupuncturist in CA really into fertility. I forget her name but if you google infertility you will find it, her name is Heidi. Good luck. My miracle is now 6 and healthy.

Also make sure you are ovulating. Check your cervix and cervical mucus. Do not rely on ovulation tests. You read how to do this online.

Not sure of exact details but two of my best friends in college were born to mothers in this context. One changed her mind about kids and got off BC but wasn't really "trying", another was a true "oops" where they weren't thinking about it.

Not an oops, but after flunking three IVF’s got pregnant naturally at 40 and 43, and had those kids at 41 and 44. There were two other miscarriages at well, one between pregnancies and one after I had my last child.

Get your thyroid in order (tsh under 2.5, targeted to 1.0), get vitamin D levels to the high end of normal, through sunshine and supplements. Take all the supplements. I took resveratrol, pycnoganol, royal jelly, CoQ-10, various amino acids, acupuncture with herbs. Acupuncture was huge - it absolutely changed my cycle for the better and reduced my cramps.

Best of luck to you. Those were crazy-making days. My heart goes out to anyone having difficulty getting pregnant.

I swear to god as I was going through fertility I saw one of those reality crime shows where a 40 year old heroin addicted prostitute was pregnant for the first time, tried to miscarry and didn’t and gave birth to a baby boy. Then at 42 she had another boy. It was pretty harsh blow but rest assured plenty of women get pregnant for the first time at 40+.
