where can I get a NUCLEOCAPSID antibody test?

I took the Labcorp test and then figured out it was for the Spike (vaccine) antibodies only.

Since you're a health professional, why don't you already know?

You can get it from Labcorb, but your doctor has to order it. Mine did when I explained why I wanted it. The number for the test is available on the Labcorp website.

I wonder if my reasoning will be sufficient -- my entire family had it including my young children, and I dont want to travel out of the country and risk getting stuck if I still havent had it. I am certainly willing to pay for it out of pocket if that helps. There is no non-doctor option to just pay for it?

LabCorp has them — it just needs to be ordered by your doctor and it’s a different code. Quest also has nucleocapsid and spike antibody tests — both semi-quantitative and qualitative I believe. All different codes. You can Google and find their list of antibody tests along w/the codes.

No, no self-order and pay option for nucleocapsid. TBH, I gave my reason to my doctor, but I don’t think he cared why I wanted it. I asked, he ordered. FWIW, my BCBS paid for it.

Donate blood.

They test when you donate.
