What can I make with the liquid from a can of peeled tomatoes?

It’s perfectly fine tomato juice/liquid. I’m not good with this stuff. Bonus points if I can make something to bring to school for lunch (teacher

Thanks!!

Add it to any soup. It would be great in vegetable soup.

I drain it and freeze it and toss it into whatever, soups/stews/sauces (especially if the sauce is going to be cooking down anyway)

It's just tomato juice. Add it in with the tomatoes to whatever you're making. If your recipe requires canned tomatoes, chances are they are being cooked down anyway.

I would use it as a base for meatballs or chili (with other ingredients).

I’d drink it, but first pour it in a glass and sprinkle cracked pepper on top. Or not.

I love tomatoes so much!

Just drink it. Great source of lycopenes.

I'd add it to the compost.

What's the recipe? Does it specifically say to drain the can? I always just throw everything into the pot.
