Best vegetarian restaurant dishes in DMV

Any suggestions? We've been vegetarian for 20 years in DC and have lots of our usual favorites but I'd love to find some new places. I will share a few, with info copied from their menus:

TACO + PIÑA in Shirlington - Chile relleno Tacos
crispy cheese | roasted poblano | chipotle jitomate salsa | tempura flake

Seven spice tofu fries from Spices in Cleveland Park

Caphe Banh Mi in Old Town Alexandria: Vegan Chay Banh Mi
lemongrass vegetarian soy chicken with caramel soy sauce

Laos in Town in Noma
VEGAN CRISPY RICE SALAD
crispy rice, red onion, scallion, cilantro, ginger, PEANUT
and
TOFU WOK NOODLE
rice noodle, tofu, beansprout, scallion, Sriracha sauce

Would love to hear other suggestions!

Vegetable Garden (Vegan Chinese) in Silver Spring. There are really not any dishes I dislike. Many are quite creative and do not rely on fake meat as many vegetarian Chinese restaurants do. Mostly vegetables, tofu, legumes, etc.

A bit farther out but Great Sage in Clarkesville, MD is excellent. Menu rotates seasonally.

OP here - I love both of those places. My favorite dishes are the wonton soup from Veg Garden and recently we had the meatball sub from Great Sage and were blown away by how good it was.

Equinox is great for a fancier meal. I also love Zaytinya.

The South Philly Ratatouille (with cheese) at Bub & Pop's is a great sandwich.

Himalayan Heritage in Bethesda (so many delicious things--hard to choose) or Biryani City in Rockville (I'm partial to the egg curry!).

Habesha Market, Letena, and Zenebech are my go-tos for Ethiopian but I've heard good things about Rohobot's vegetable platter.

The Detroit-style cheese pizza at Side Door and any salad with their ranch dressing is pretty great.

Supra has a lot of vegetarian food too--the khachapuri, cheese dumplings, eggplant rolls, and more.

I also loved the callaloo and vegetable roti at Sunrise Caribbean.

I'm surprised the list has gone this far without a shout out to Aracosia (McLean) and Bistro Aracosia (DC).
Traditional Afghani and delish. Travels well for takeout too.

The veggie options at Seven Reasons (DC), True Food Kitchen (Bethesda), veggie night at Thai X-ing (DC)

Thai X-ing Pumpkin Curry
Rasika's Palak Chaat and Smoked dal
Thip Khao's crispy coconut salad
Four Sisters clay pot chilly tofu
Muchas Gracias' Chile Relleno (lots of other good veggie dishes too)

Non-vegetarian, but have enough good vegetarian menu items: Mark's Kitchen in Takoma Park and Chettinadu in Rockville.

Is Fancy Radish still around? I went pre-pandemic and everything was fantastic.

Rasika’s crispy spinach is the best thing I have ever tasted.

Saravana Palace in Fairfax is my go-to Indian vegetarian buffet. I've been to a bunch of other places, including nearby Woodlands, but this is the best in my opinion.

Fancy Radish is good but the only thing on the menu that I really love is that rutabaga fondue. I'm a vegetarian not a vegan, but if all vegan cheese was that good I could make the switch.
