Anyone use UHC in Maryland for IVF?

| I see United Healthcare is on the Maryland Exchange for insurance. They apparently cover IVF, but I can't find any information on what the copays/coinsurance rates are for retrievals and transfers. Has anyone used this insurance (I'm looking at the Gold $1000 plan) and can tell me the procedure costs? |

| All Maryland plans cover IVF. |

| I looked into it in the past. Very few doctors are in network. They did not appear to cover drugs. |

| I went with Care First rather than UHC. All exchanges have to cover some level of ivf. BCBS seemed to be the best option, but it required many phone calls to them (and to UHC) to get the details, and even then, they aren't super helpful. |
