Absolutely love this dish and it is so unique - Swedish Tofu Balls with Ligonberry. Good over egg noodles or rice.

| This looks great to me. But I’m afraid after my attempt at vegan Mac and cheese that involved cashews being made into faux cream sauce, my kids are traumatized. No one would they go for this |

| OP here - I am actually vegetarian not vegan but this is just so good that I make as is. I don't always love vegan sauces but this one is amazing. |
