What did you eat during IVF transfer

| I have had 4 transfers. The one where I stopped caring is the one that worked. I have no idea if that did it, but just showed me it doesn’t really matter. |

| OP here, thank you. I posted about how I had my embryo transfer and the nurse just said it was ok to leave. Did you guys wait 20 minutes lying down after yours? |

| DP. RE said it didn’t matter, that I could get up and leave immediately. I decided to stay there for something like 5-10 minutes. |

^ and, having now seen your post, my transfer was also at CFA. I do recall being told to go to the bathroom afterwards too (but if I remember correctly, that’s because you’re supposed to have a somewhat full bladder for the transfer). |
