What are you reading?

I don’t have a lot of friends who use Goodreads and I’ve tapped all my usual sources of new books. Any recommendations? Fiction and non-fiction welcome.

I’m get a lot of my reads from the “skip the line” section on Libby. I figure if it’s popular it must be good. I also listen to random great courses books.

Right now I’m reading the Silent Patient, It happened one summer, and listening to a great courses lecture on the cognitive science of learning.

You can also re-read the books you love. I go back to pride and prejudice frequently.

(Okay popular doesn’t mean good but it does mean worth looking into)

I just Finished “The Lost Apothecary” and I liked it a lot.

I re-read too! I usually have a re-read going along with a new book or two. It’s comforting to revisit favorites.

You’re welcome!

The books…
The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo
The Invisible Life of Addie Larue
….Were also good.

Are you on Facebook? There’s a group called “What Should I read next?” that is very helpful!
