Is a DAN (defeat autism now) Dr. worth it-please share positive and negative experiences.

Thanks in advance. I also posted asking who are the best DAN Drs. in the area. We are already waaaay over budget with our child's therapies, etc and we are doing biomed, etc, but I keep wondering if we are missing out not going to a DAN.
