| I really liked Mandalorian, but The Book of Boba Fett is proving to be a huge disappointment by comparison. Bad storyline, bad acting/fight scenes. Anyone enjoying it? I can't decide if I will even bother watching the third episode. Disney could have really capitalized on the success of the Mandalorian, too bad. |
| My family is massively disappointed. I doubt we even watch the third episode. It's just boring and disjointed |
| Mandalorian was great! Not impressed so far with Boba Fett, but we will watch it because my kid loves anything Star Wars. |
| I think the Mandalorian started out in the same slow storytelling way so I am keeping an open mind on Boba Fett. Boba Fett also doesn't have the advantage of the Baby Yoda character which I think was introduced at the end of the first or second episode. Both series focus on a "heartless" bounty hunter but we see that is not the full story...I am interested to see how Boba, who seems to value respect and helps others, will do as a crime syndicate leader. |
| It’s so sssllllllloooooooooooowwwwww |
| I liked that the Mandalorian was a bada$$, but Boba Fett seems pretty average in fight scenes by comparison, leaning on his female lieutenant to be the real enforcer. It's kind of lame. So slow... |

I like it. It's weird, but I'm definitely willing to see it through.
I was listening to a podcast about it, and they said that it suffers from creep - that is, the start of Boba Fett has to be as exciting as the end of season 2 of the Mandalorian. He was quoting someone (maybe the developer of the series) talking about Wheel of Time who said anyone starting a fantasy show has to compete with Game of thrones at its peak - even Game of thrones wasn't Game of Thrones for at least a few episodes in. So I'm willing to give it a chance. Having watched Dune this summer, though, I'm more stuck of how much Lucas "borrowed" from Dune. |
Seems a lot of streaming shows are slow |
| I thought the second episode was awesome. |
| Only watch it because my kids like it so far and watch with them. Snoozeville |

It’s a completely different story, and that’s ok.
I love the female sidekick. I remember when she got her start on a soap opera a million years ago. I’m curious to see what the storyline will be. The first two episodes were clearly laying the foundation for the series by establishing his connection to the Tuskens and how he took over Jabba’s throne. Let’s see where this goes. I heard Harrison Ford makes a cameo. That’s worth watching the series if you’re a true fan Plus, it’s cool to see Jennifer Biels. She’s still gorgeous. |
Man Jennifer Biels looks great. Even wearing weird alien head. If we don’t see the Tusken’s face, imma be peeved. |
| We like it so far. |
| I thought the second episode was much better than the first. |
| I’m enjoying it and so is my family. |
