Cut into small strips or cubes, season with Mexican spices, pan fry in a very pan with small amount of oil, remove. Serve in cheese quesadillas, burritos, or with rice, veggies.

Cut into flat thin slices, pan fry with Asian seasoning or sauce, serve with rice.

Boil in chicken broth, salt and pepper shred, add carrots, celery and noodles.

Slow cook or instapot or cook for a long time in the oven in a Dutch oven with chicken broth, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper. When done throw in spinach, cooked rice or orzo pasta and add half and half or cream.

Pound thin, coat in a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan, pan fry each side, remove. In an oven safe pan pour in a layer of marina sauce, place chicken on top, top with mozzarella and cook at 350 until cheese is melted.
