I am trying to figure out why so much of the conversation has been dominated by the idea of him being an intelligence asset, as if that is somehow the *most* important thing.

Part of me wonders if this is a distraction from actual accountability for the people who participated or enabled this monstrous and maybe murderous network.

The point is not that anyone is saying this is a distraction from accountability.

The facts point to the U.S. government playing an active role facilitating Epstein and his activities over the decades. How do you think the public is supposed to take that? In decades past, upon realizing this fact, America would have been howling with outrage and demanding accountability. The power was with the people. America today is a very different country. The old values are gone, and the Patriot Act facilitated a government takeover of power.

And there is your answer. There will be no accountability in America because the power lies with the government, not with the people.

No, America would not have been howling in decades past. Remember the millions of people who looked the other way while priests and pastors raped children in the church? The majority of people don't care about women or children. Not them and not now.

I keep wondering about the financial records. We know that JP Morgan and Bank of America spotted “suspicious activity”. To and from whom did those payments flow? Was it Epstein to the girls only? Who paid Epstein? Who is following the money?

Democrats could easily win back the White House by promising to unredact the names of all non-victims in the Epstein files. Gavin Newsom should be all over this issue.

Senator Wyden (D-OR) has been leading an investigation into the Epstein $ for years. He is a leader on the Senate Finance Committee. He introduced a bill to get the Treasury dept to release records related to suspicious finance activity. Not sure who specifically blocked it. Link below says Bessent refused to comply. Not sure why this isn't bigger news.

They are controversial for many reasons. They have already named names, many of whom were nobodies/teenagers around the time of their allegations. The tent spike story I believe. Why? It is so crazy, it has the ring of truth to it. The interview will not air, imo, because there is no way to prove any of it. Note that no big name at MSnow will touch this story. Their father was epstein's pilot, fwiw.
