Ugh delivering there in March
|
| I hope it changes before August... |
What is so bad about this? Genuinely asking, not being snarky. |

Delivering in 3-5 weeks.
Sad for our kid who can no longer come and challenging for DH who can’t leave once he’s there. |
I’m also delivering there in 5 weeks. How do you know your husband can’t come and go? |
You can’t have a doula if you were planning on doing that. |
The language of accompany throughput the stay seems to imply that. |
DP but I'm upset about my 6yo not being able to visit her little brother in the hospital. |
I’m delivering in 4 weeks and at no point did I expect my 5 year old to be able to visit thru this whole pregnancy. Get over it |
|
My DH could come and go but only one visitor was allowed for the duration (and that person could come and go - I just couldn’t have my mom on one day and my dad the next day. If I picked my mom, she was the only one allowed to visit on any day).
I just did no visitors. |
Pre-covid I couldn’t have my older DC visit Bc I delivered during a bad flu season. It’s a bummer for sure but it’ll be a joyful meeting for your 6-yr old when you get home. |
