My kids have agreed to take broccoli salad to school for lunch but I don't feel comfortable using a mayonnaise or yogurt dressing for a school lunch. What other dressings have you used? In the salad, I put broccoli, cranberries, red onions, apples. My family is trying to eat more zinc ionophores to possibly protect against covid. |

Yes this. We put an ice pack in my kids' lunch bags and it is still cold when they bring it back. I figure, if I did it for 8 hours with breastmilk, surely they'll be fine for four hours! |
