Which brand is a good one?
- no preservatives - no artificial colors - organic / natural ingredients - tastes good I used to eat builders bars some years - now they taste bad! |
| Kind bars are my favorite |
| Think are my favorite. |
| Rx bars. They aren’t super high protein (12g), but I prefer minimal ingredients and natural vs soy isolate and stevia etc. that many seem to filled with |
I like them too, but at only 8g of protein. They're not really that great for hitting your protein targets |
| Battle Bars |
Kind bars are a glorified "healthy" candy bar, not a protein bar. I like One protein bars, not sure if they are natural enough for OP. |
| Built bars are the best |
| Honestly, I have yet to find anything that's really great. PP's are right that Kind bars are really glorified candy bars, and many of the others have fake fiber, or various kinds of sugar replacements. |
Rx bars don’t have any of that. They have egg whites, dates, nuts, and then something pertaining to the specific flavor they are |
You're right, I just haven't found a flavor I love yet. |
| Probably not super healthy, but I love Bobo Bars |
| Natures valley |
Right, but they also have over 200 calories and only 12 grams of protein. There are protein bars out there, like Pure Protein that have less than 200 calories and over 20 grams. They honestly don't taste that great. But they are a better bang for your buck |
One definitely has the best taste for bars that have more than 20 grams of protein. But checking in at over 300 calories can be tough for a snack |
