I really do not know. I did not really know that was possible. I'm in Fairfax.

I built my own -- pretty easy, ordered a closed-top food-grade barrel and a faucet spout from Ace Hardware and then a connector to put into the downspout. But looks like you could order one here pretty cheaply, too: https://www.bluebarrelsystems.com/pricing/
