Why did Kanye and Kim divorce?

I’m new to following this so forgive me if I missed the info.

She knew he had bipolar issues and that was part of his artistic talent. Why divorce now after that many kids?

He talked about wanting to abort their oldest child, publicly. My understanding is that was the straw that pushed her to file.

His behavior has become more erratic over the years and I’m sure her patience living with someone with an untreated mental health issue eventually wore thin.

+1 It’s hard enough to care for a non-public spouse with unmedicated mental illness, let alone one in the public eye. I think she had good albeit naive intentions marrying him. But over the years, and with kids, she couldn’t do it anymore.

3. He was sick of Kris Jenner and her interventions.

4 is a total joke. If anything she remains in his shadow. If you look at their relationship he basically just does whatever tf he wants and she scrambles accordingly. Is 2 true? He just bought a house across the street from her?

He seems like a truly terrible husband and I’m sure she got tired of him. He also admitted to cheating on her. He wasn’t there for her after her Paris robbery. He just disappears to record music wherever when they have children together. He’s also an idiot. And his body is terrible. Reggie Bush was a douche but at least he had a nice bod.

Among the other reasons PPs shared above, he also publicly supported Trump and then went on to an especially amateurish presidential run. While these antics may have been connected to his bipolar disorder, or apparently embarrassed Kim and highlighted his narcissistic ways. Being married to a narcissist- or in any relationship with one - S-U-C-K-S. Good for Kim for moving on.

Because Kris wanted them to divorce. His mental issues could affect her empire.

I think she would have gotten divorced sooner but she wanted more kids and wanted them all to have the same father. She stuck it out to have as many kids as she wanted but can leave now that she’s done.

I believe she genuinely loved him but that the weight of trying to take care of someone who was unwilling to take care of themselves became too great.
