I haven’t seen this in person but pricing for the tote itself would you say it is worth the buy? I really like the design. Neon straps took me a moment to adjust my eyes to, but I must say that I do like this bag. It seems to be more popular in Singapore than here. |

| I like it fine from an aesthetics perspective (and I know there are a lot of detractors about the “strap”) but I know from my Lady Dior I’m not going to like this style of handle. |

| I have and love the large tan one. As a prior poster noted, the neon bands are removable. I love them with some outfits for a fun pop (I mostly wear neutrals) but then when I take them off it’s such a classic shape and look. I especially love the monochrome look of the tan with the bamboo handles. The long strap is detachable too, so you can just hand carry if that’s your preference. It’s also nicely designed with multiple compartments inside so doesn’t become a big black hole like some totes. |

| Gorgeous, with the neon straps removed. Those neon straps give me pause and make me think the bag won’t hold up over time and/would be a huge pain to care for. For that price, you should get a workhorse, not something that needs to be babied. |

I like the small tote in emerald and think it looks best without the neon straps. But it’s a no for me at this price point because the handles will mean minimal use from me. I’d only pay that much for a true workhorse and that’s not what this is. But I’ll look for it on consignment in a few years. I do like the little old lady aesthetic.
Oh, and one of my gripes about the neon straps is they literally just say “Gucci” on them. So they are super eye catching and then gave very obvious branding. I know that sounds like a quaint complaint fir a brand whore-y brand like Gucci, but the could have at least just gone with a “G” design or something more subtle. |
