Outdoor Heated Dining in Old Town Alexandria?

It’s been a year since a year since we’ve gone to old town. Wondering if the restaurants there still have outdoor heated dining like last year. Some of the places in my area still offer it. I’m thinking of places like Fontaine’s.

Barca is a completely outdoor restaurant, right on the water. I haven’t been since the weather has gotten colder but they definitely have heaters.

The place is just bad all the way around. Food isn’t great, overpriced and terrible service.
