Ninja Foodi Air Fryer - Double Basket

I got a ninja Foodi air fryer and so far so good with easy foods like wings and fries. However, the instructions for cooking in both baskets is quite confusing. Do you double the time when using both baskets?

Also, what's the difference between the air fry and the air roast features? Their website said to use roast for sweet foods, which just seems weird.
