Best bar/restaurant for spiked hot chocolate?

A friend is celebrating a major life change and wants to go out for spiked hot chocolate. I've looked at the online menus of places near me but no luck (although there is spiked coffee at one).

If you know of a place in MoCo, PG, or DC, please share. TIA!

No. Going out to bars and restaurants is NOT safe right now, when our region has a historic Covid spike. And you know it. Perhaps you want to start another fight on a new thread, who knows.

Make you own spiked choc and bring and serve it outside.

I think they have hot chocolate at WunderGarten in DC. You can sit outside with a fire pit. Sometimes they have live music. It’s pretty nice.

No place recommendations but hot chocolate with Malibu and Frangelico is delicious—went home and bought the liquor after having the combination in a bar in Breckenridge.
