Local Soccer Club with German DNA

Hello wise DMV Soccer parents: is there a local club with German DNA? These people know how to build a soccer club. Tried some big ones and some little ones but really want a German one for child to play for due to their emphasis on technical skill and team dynamics. I am aware of the German school has the Foxes but looking for a true travel program. Thanks in advance! I don’t think there is one but thought I’d ask...
