What is goat cheese curry? Like goat cheese, or goat + cheese?

I had mini croissants split and toasted with choc hazelnut spread and jam, and scrambled eggs.

Potato and leek au gratin with shaved medium rare roast beef, tiramisu, and cold brew coffee.

Leftovers, obviously.

Mushroom omlettes, sour dough bread, latte, ketchup, cream cheese.

DH made me this breakfast. He has been working from home since Feb 2020 and back to office has been postponed to March 2022.

He has taken over all cooking duties and has been feeding us gourmet meals thrice a day. Of course we all have also put on massive amounts of weight....

Fried eggs, bacon, toast, coffee, and a solid slab of Christmas cake.

My wife’s an immigrant from the British isles and it ain’t Christmas without a cake that weighs at least 5 lbs.

You are thinking about fiber on Christmas morning? Oh, you hedonist. Gold star for you.

You know that if you go three hours without fiber once a year, the anal gods come and cement you shut, right? It's a fact.

I had peppermint yogurt and homemade chocolate peanut butter balls. I washed it all down with blood orange juice and peppermint tea.

Trader Joe's chocolate croissants, in the oven right now. DH picked them up on a whim ages ago and today seems like the time to eat them. If they fail me I also have a big box of Kilwins chocolates and an enormous assortment of Christmas cookies from generous neighborhood bakers so I feel pretty well set, even though I was disappointed to find yesterday that all the tubes of orange rolls were sold out (my traditional Cmas morning go-to). Merry Christmas, everyone!

French toast casserole, half a grapefruit, OJ and tea for round 1. Looking forward to cheese, crackers and maybe a little prosciutto for round 2 after our morning walk.

Leftover cake from last night's Xmas Eve dinner and cookies - perfect with cup of coffee.
