movie to appeal to adults and 10+ kids?

We can never find a movie that everyone wants to watch when we stay with extended family. Any ideas of movies that will appeal to adults (non-parent!) and are suitable for kids age 10 and up? Our youngest 10 year old has older siblings, so we can go a little more mature than a 10 year old who is and oldest sibling.

Doesn't have to be a holiday movie, but something available to stream.
