Baked potatoes

I am trying something different from my usual tenderloin for Christmas dinner. Making ribeye steaks and thinking of baked potatoes as a side. Odd to serve to guests on such a big holiday?

Do your guests know you’re changing the traditional dinner? I made a different dessert one year and everybody freaked out!

We are doing a rib roast and twice baked potatoes. There are lots of recipes for them. My family loves them.

I think it's fine! We are doing petit filets (similar to tenderloin but cheaper) with loaded baked potatoes & spinach gratin. Yeast rolls too.

Baked potatoes are a classic side. I’d be disappointed to eat a steak without them
