What’s for lunch?

I have leftover chicken noodle soup that I’ll add Japanese ramen noodles to and top with kimchi. Maybe I’ll throw in the last egg. Recovering from Covid and thinking it will hit the spot. My preschooler is going to eat a leftover hot dog. Fridge is so empty but I can’t stomach going to the grocery store, picturing holiday shopping madness right now! Maybe tomorrow AM will be better?

What are you guys having?

Yes - my left eyeball is threatening to pop out and the surrounding tissue is suppurating.
I am NOT hungry. And if I caught Omicron in the ER, well that would be the cherry on top!

Triscuits and potato chips, pimento cheese, caramelized onion hummus, pickled jalapeños. IDGAF what everyone else in my house ate.

Grilled cheese sandwiches, topped off with SEVERAL cookies from the batch we made this morning. That’s what hit the spot for us!

There is hardly anything left here and I keep postponing grocery shopping. At this point, I'm going at either midnight tonight or 7 AM tomorrow to avoid the clusterfck. It is insane out there today.

Iceberg lettuce salad with carrots, radishes, cheese + topped with smoked salmon cause my eye doctor told me to eat salmon. I used to hate it but am getting used to it.

Why did your eye doctor tell you to eat salmon?

I suffer from painfully dry skin and rashes (derm gave up and called it eczema), and I'm wondering if I should eat more fatty fish for that.
