Lobster tails — does it matter where I buy them?

I assume they’re almost all frozen or previously frozen. If there’s a great place to buy, where is that?

We've liked Wegmans and Whole Foods. I think the quality there has been better, on average, than our local fish shop.

You should defrost the night before you want to eat them. So not today- Friday night or they won't taste as fresh.
